The model spotted on GFX Bench was Sony F8331 which is quite close to the current Xpera X model carrying the number F8131 for the standard model and F8123 for the dual-SIM global version.
The benchmark app shows Snapdragon 820 CPU, 3 GB of RAM, 5.1 inches screen and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. There is also a 21 MP back shooter and a 12 MP front shooter.
The screen is also 0.1 inches larger and it could be possible that Sony is also building a successor to Xperia X or it could be that Sony is planning to release a whole new device or it could all be just fake.
